The production process includes raw material inspection, hot rolling or forging, heat treatment where applicable, straightening, peeling, cold drawing, machining, polishing, dimensional inspection, ultrasonic testing, and final quality verification before dispatch.
Every bar is manufactured according to ASTM, ASME, EN, DIN and IS standards to ensure excellent mechanical properties, dimensional accuracy, and long service life for demanding industrial applications.
Carbon Steel Round Bars are packed using HDPE wrapping, wooden boxes, export pallets, steel strapping and end protection to prevent damage during domestic and international transportation.
